“Fer Comboi!” something to celebrate, a good excuse to get together with friends and organize a Valencian style party to cook a Paella.
Chef Natalie along with her mother Chef Maria Curie have gone to, competed and won recognition in the country of Spain where the Paella originated from.

J A5 StarI'm from Valencia and this is the best paella in all of California and probably in the entire USA. I've tried many here and none of them are even close. They make the Valencian one with ingredients that Americans like more, but I ordered it as is in Valencia, which is what my wife and I like. I changed the pork for the rabbit and told him to use few vegetables and to add snails. She was perfect! There are many places in Valencia that are worse than this. a 10!Tuesday 16th April 2024
Lori Sakamoto5 StarWhat an amazing experience. Paella were so different and so much flavor. We had the paella with chicken and rabbit and the Marisco paella. The tuna salad fresh strong flavors - olives, good tuna and vinaigrette perfection.the dessert torrija- Spanish French toast...creamy, crunchy, just enough sweetness. Everything made with love and care. Paella concept needs to be on the list of best paella in LA.and added bonus they have live music awesome!!!Friday 10th March 2023
jalves925 StarJust went to The Paella Concept last night with a group of 6 and had a delightful experience! The three course meal comes with an appetizer, paella of your choice, and dessert. The ambience is romantic and definitely catered toward adults with dim lighting, a live guitarist, and a relaxed vibe. Between the group we had sangria, white and red wine, and beer to accompany our meal. The sangria was my favorite to start with; a light and refreshing cocktail followed by two glasses of their red wine imported from Spain. There are additional options for appetizers (or tapas) and we tried all of them. The tabla de queso y jamon came with green olives and crostinis to diy a charcuterie board which was a perfect balance of preserved flavors. I am a big potato lover so I had to try to patatas bravas which came topped with garlic aioli and spicy spanish paprika sauce. Those were my two favorite tapas but the other options were great as well! 4 of us ordered the lobster and calamari paella while the other 2 had a vegan paella with mushrooms, brussel sprouts, and grilled chiles güeros. Both paellas were made masterfully and had a great texture and flavor. The calamari was so tender that my friend thought it to be scallops; it just melted in your mouth. They were very accommodating with my vegan friend and even went so far as to make her chocolate dipping sauce for the churros a special vegan version which was equally as delicious as the original version. Overall we had a wonderful evening of drinks, food, and good vibes! Will definitely be back!Friday 18th November 2022
Isabella Lopez5 StarIf you are looking for an authentic experience with live music, amazing food, and great drinks The Paella Concept is the place to be!! I went last week with my family and it was truly a 10/10 experience! We were a party of 10 and they accommodated us so well!! Everything came out quickly and was so fresh! We basically ordered one of everything on the menu so it was really hard to decide what was our favorite!! Croquettes de jamon y queso and Coliflor rebozada were my two favorite tapas! We got to try 3 different paellas! All so different and all so delicious but my favorite was the Paella De Langosta!!Overall this was such a great experience, and I will definitely be back!!Friday 18th November 2022
Tara Fernandez5 StarMy experience at The Paella Concept was one definitely worth sharing! The tapas were outstanding, my favorite was the spinach a cheese empanada. The sangria was exactly what was needed to enhance the flavors of the charcuterie board! We ordered the lobster Paella and just WOW! Sooo delicious! The food the ambiance made me feel like I was in the heart of Spain. I will definitely be returning with more friends and family so they can enjoy the same experience I have had.Friday 18th November 2022
