Mardee and Pat did an amazing job exceeding our expectations and meeting our budget. Cannot say enough about the after support to ensure we were happy and squared away. More importantly(?) our guests LOVED the food and the service. Some said they felt they were being served by a restaurant, not a caterer. Thank you Summit!!

Veronica and Chef Carlos are truly wonderful. They will go above and beyond to ensure that the food is delicious and ready for your special day. The catering staff is also incredibly sweet and accommodating, they checked in with us multiple times to ensure we were well fed and taken care of. We have been told so many times how delicious the chicken mole we served at our wedding was. Highly recommend booking them for your event.

We were at a marriage seminar in Fullerton and we're impressed enough with the food (the vegan option worked with my allergies) that I actually got their business card. There seemed like about 1,000-2,000 people, but the portions were way bigger than I expected: this lunch did not disappoint.

Summit will not disappoint!!! I hired Summit for my black tie wedding in Palm Springs. We drove to Orange county for a tasting and we knew they were the company for us right away. The food was delicious and the staff was warm, friendly, and organized! Pam, our event coordinator, was awesome! She was always available for a quick phone call for questions. She even drove out to Palm Springs to check out the venue before our big day to make sure everything went smoothly. SO many of our guests talked about how much they loved the food! Presentation was lovely and price was very reasonable. Everything went perfectly as planned. I would 1000% recommend Summit.

SUMMIT IS AMAZING!!! We used them for a work Holiday luncheon event for 200 people and they did not disappoint! Mardee and her team were friendly and professional. The displays they set up around they food and beverage stations were festive and brought the entire holiday theme to life. The feedback we received from our employees was over the top. They loved the food, the deserts and really enjoyed themselves. Do yourself a favor and give them a call for your next event, you will be glad you did.
