Seriously, truly the Best Ever. I hate to give them a good review because he is going to be too busy to help me in the future. Never ever had exactly what I wanted but better than I could have imagined. Literally made the foodies rave with joy and the macho men complimenting the steak. Have you ever had medium rare steak for 50 cooked offsite? If so, goes use that miracle worker. If not, call these people can experience actual magic. This is my second event of 40 people. The bread rolls were not my favorite, but the artichokes were soft, the Asparagus al dente, the fish was not overcooked, the steak was medium rare, and people just kept shoveling the rice and mashed potatoes into their mouths, I think he put addictive ingredients in these. The flavors were the type that you hear about on the chef competition television shows. The rice and whipped cream were literally infused with thematic flavors (which were not overpowering). His choices were truly dramatic, understated with an elegance that beats you over the head with joy. This food got people up and dancing with joy!
