Balance. A balanced dish, a balanced menu, a balanced overall experience from the moment I walk in to meet you to the flow of every movement during service. To create balance requires attention to details some don’t think about; food, music, ambience, hospitality. Creating a balanced service creates an enjoyable service. I want your dinner to be enjoyable from beginning to end. Beautiful plating is done out of respect for the dish; to showcase the quality of the ingredients and the time it took to make it delicious. Plating food is an artful process. I consider factors such as color, texture, height, and symmetry to enhance the dish’s aesthetics while also being careful not to sacrifice taste. Every component on a dish should be necessary elements working together to create the desired overall taste. Shannon was an exemplary chef. Honestly, this experience was one of our best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The flavors were some that we’ve never contemplated. She is a true master at her craft. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone considering.

Shannon doesn’t just cook delicious, mouthwatering meals… she creates the full experience! From her menu design to meet our exact preferences to the beautiful presentation of her plating, no detail is too small for Shannon to consider. Her Michelin star training is evident in her work, whether a full service dinner party, traveling with us on retreat and sharing her knowledge to empower others in the kitchen, or a family style meal prep— which includes full service from refrigerator clean out to fresh, filling food that fuels our busy days. And to top it all off, Shannon is such a joy to be around— we welcome "Chef Shan Shan's" presence anywhere that we've called home!

Shannon prepared an incredible family-style feast for twelve of our friends. We wanted to host a holiday dinner, but without all the fuss of prepping and pulling off all that cooking. Shannon was so great: she proposed a menu, worked with us to make any adjustments, and took it from there! The meal was a hit and her efforts made the whole thing a real event for our friends, one of whom then hired her for a future event. Her patience, experience, and skill made our dinner feel effortless and special. We're looking forward to hosting another dinner featuring Shannon!

I had the pleasure of having Chef's Shannon's services gifted to me as a client and it was one of the coolest things I have ever experienced! There was a group of 6 of us and Shannon came over to our house and cooked us the most delicious meal. Forever grateful to have experienced a private dinner with Chef Shannon - highly reccomend!

Chef Shannon is the best! I have used her many times and the food never disappoints. She did a romantic private dinner for me and my husband for my birthday last year this year we did another dinner with friends and clients it was great! She cleans up after and is such a delight to have in our home. I would definitely recommend her!

Best food in town. I usually eat meat based protein meals. But I had Shannon's the chef vegetarian meals amd I literally was vegetarian for a whole the week, it was that good! Made me revaluate food options, she made it taste so good.
