I worked with Onil on a wedding for approx.180 people in the Los Angeles area. His staff was skilled; professional, helpful, and attentive. A well-handled bar and incredibly tasty passed hors d'oeuvres he then served a buffet dinner menu of amazing, delectable, themed cuisine with vegan options. You have to give it to them it requires a lot of work and ingenuity to come up with perfect dishes every time.
