We celebrated my best friend's bachelorette party in Palm Springs and booked Mad Tony Hibachi for a private dinner—and WOW. Everyone was blown away by the food and the fun. Tony was so charismatic and funny, making us feel like we were at a Vegas show instead of just dinner in our Airbnb. He brought all his own equipment, cleaned up after, and left us with full bellies and sore cheeks from laughing. The portions were huge, and the sauces? Addictive. Don’t hesitate—book him now before he gets fully booked!
