Delicious! Alex prepared a lovely meal for my family and me to celebrate my birthday. Each dish was flavorful, beautiful, and delicious. We also had plenty of leftovers for enjoying the next day. Alex shared techniques and his passion for creating unique and tasty dishes came through in each course. We would definitely book him again in the future!

We got Chef Chris for my mom's birthday and it was an absolutely amazing experience!! We discussed the menu from before and he delivered a Michelin star tasting experience that was beyond great! He was extremely professional, arrived on time, the setup was clean and restaurant quality. All the food tasted delicious and special. We couldn't be happier with our choice in picking chef Chris. Would highly recommend him for your special events! Can't wait to do another dinner with him.

The experience with Chef Alex and Chef Chris was truly outstanding, surpassing the standards of many fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles. From the moment they arrived, the two brothers were incredibly professional and charismatic. Each course showcased their culinary expertise and attention to detail. We started the meal with freshly baked bread accompanied with an insanely delicious compound butter as well as a baked baguette with Brie and truffle honey. I could’ve just eaten this all night and been satisfied. The 3 course meal that followed was a testament to the chef’s talent and skill. Each dish was expertly made with a great balance of flavors and textures. Plating was also beautiful. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a Michelin Star experience in the comfort of their own home.

Chef Chris made a wonderful meal for my birthday party. I had a guest with severe food allergies and he accommodated everything. The menu was delicious and we all agreed that every dish was excellent and prepared well. He even printed the menu for each setting. His server was very professional, set the table beautifully and continuously kept our water glasses full. I had limited dishware and silverware but they made it work. The kitchen was left very clean, dishwasher fully loaded, all pots and pans washed. The custom menu, the diverse options, the ease of planning with a chef was awesome. I was able to host the event at home which made everything much less stressful. I highly recommend Gourmaze and would hire them again! My birthday was a wonderful celebration with friends and family, better than any experience at a restaurant! Thank you Chef!

Chef Chris prepared an amazing 7 course meal for Mother’s Day. As a family we did absolutely no work as Chris worked to prepare one of the best meals of my life. It was simply fine dining to the maximum and each dish deserved to be properly photographed and documented because the presentation was the only thing that could rival the taste. Amazing experience and I would recommend again and again.
