I can’t put into words just how amazing it was to have fundamental cater our wedding. It’s been 2 weeks and we still have people reaching out to us to tell us how much they loved the short rib that was served. From when we first inquired to the night of our wedding fundamental was nothing short of amazing. Lauren was super responsive with every single email we sent and even accommodated us for items that weren’t on the menu. Not only was the food amazing, but their catering staff was so professional and polite. We especially loved Aimee, who was like a personal attendant for me and my wife. Without her we for sure would not have been as well fed. She made sure to save us appetizers while we were taking photos and always had a drink in hand for us. We were at a venue without a kitchen and their build out and the staff who were manning it were such a pleasure to work with. I could go on and on about how much they are a pleasure to work with and how delicious their food is but I think I’d run out of space in this review. I highly recommend fundamental for anyone who has an upcoming event and I hope to work with them more in the future. Thank you Lauren and than you Aimee, you made sure our wedding was amazing 🫶🏽

I booked fundamental for my wedding and it was the best decision I could have made! We had a great experience doing a tasting, which helped us create the perfect buffet style menu. They kept me organized throughout the planning process and were excellent communicators. The service throughout the wedding was above and beyond my expectations, we were surprised and delighted with every thoughtful detail. They provided a dedicated server for us as the wedding couple, who brought us our signature drinks right after the service and even packed us a dessert box at the end. Everyone that attended told us that the food was great, and the drinks were visually stunning and expertly made.

We were lucky enough to choose Fundamental to cater our wedding this past weekend. Cindy was an enormous help in making sure our special day was that much more special. Wedding food can be hit or miss, but all of our guests were raving about how good the food was. The cornbread madelines and the shawerma seabass were HUGE hits with our guests, along with the banh mi sliders for the app service. Their staff was so attentive and did an amazing job making sure my wife and I had the best time possible. I would recommend their catering services to anyone trying to throw a wedding or any type of event. The whole operation is top-notch! Thank you so much Cindy for making our day incredible!

Fundamental was the perfect wedding caterer with amazing food and an incredible team! From start to finish, working with Lauren and the Fundamental crew was a pleasure. The food was absolutely delicious, and the taco buffet stayed well stocked. We received many compliments from our guests about both the food and the service. Everything ran so smoothly, and every staff member played a big part in that. They were worth every penny! Lauren’s advice to hire the two extra servers was spot on. I'm truly grateful that Fundamental was part of our wedding day. They helped make it so special, and I can't recommend them enough.

When my venue told me I have 3 options for my caterer, it was a no brainer choosing Fundamental without hesitation. As a wedding planner myself, we had worked together previously and always had incredible experiences. From the initial proposal, to the revisions, tasting and final result, we were so well taken care of. Cindy took every specific note I had and made sure it was communicated with the team. I am forever grateful for my experience with them for both my wedding and rehearsal dinner food and bar. Every dish was delicious and exactly as discussed. Guests were raving about the drinks and the service! I could go on and on! Thank you fundamental for not only making our day so seamless, but also being such an incredible partner for my business. I will be singing their praises for all time!
