I was classically trained in Michelin 5 Starred restaurants, working with acclaimed Chefs such as Eric Ripert and Daniel Boulud. Spending 10 years in the kitchens of the Ritz-Carlton taught me how to cook and Fine Service.
If you ask me what my food style is, it’s California Cuisine with World Influences. I enjoy using organic local ingredients with the bright, fresh flavors of Southeast Asia and Mexico, while applying Classic French Technique.

However, this is not the case with Chef Nate. His food is always appetizing and beautifully presented. He is a very innovative chef, always coming up with original dishes. Besides being an amazing chef, Chef Nate is also incredibly dependable. He is always punctual and ensures that the food he delivers is delicious. Alesia Etinoff5 StarIf I could give Chef Nate and his team a 15/10 I would! We hired Chef Nate for my fiance's 35th birthday dinner party. And it went perfectly! Chef Nate was easy to communicate with, he was on time, his team was great, and the FOOD WAS PHENOMENAL, all 3 courses were tasty art! More specifically, I had the short rib, which was so tender and flavorful. My fiance had the sea bass which was equally magnificent. All 16 of our guests demolished their plates. Chef Nate also made sure our tables looked fancy - he brought his own cloth napkins and gold napkin holders. Truly, he will do every event that we ever require a chef for now and I've recommended him to all of my friends!Thursday 25th April 2024

Amanda Huh5 StarWe hosted my dad’s birthday dinner, and had the pleasure of working with Chef Nate and his wonderful team (Chef Colin & Anthony). They were on time and prepared a beautiful meal from start to finish. From the passed appetizers to dessert, all of the ingredients were fresh and highlighted perfectly. Everything was exceptional- some of my favorite dishes were the lobster rolls, beef Wellington, truffle agnolotti and the miso cod (which had a delicate and exceptional balance of flavors!). Chef Nate also was nice enough to work with me to print out a personalized birthday menu. He also offered multiple resources for party rentals, a musician and other amenities if we needed it. I have worked with a number of private chefs and the calibre of food and presentation was by far the highest with Chef Nate.
